FAA Aviation Medical Exams (AME)

Here at Fall River Family Medicine & Urgent Care, we are proud to support the aviation community in Eastern Idaho. Our very own Dr. Kelly Dustin is a certified and authorized Senior FAA Aviation Medical Examiner (AME), providing comprehensive medical certification for pilots at all levels.

Whether you are a student pilot embarking on your first solo or a seasoned commercial captain, Dr. Dustin offers the expertise and efficiency you need to stay in the air.

Certifications Offered

Class I

Required for Airline Transport Pilots (ATP). Essential for those flying for scheduled air carriers.

Class II

Required for Commercial Pilots, including flight instructors, corporate pilots, and crop dusters.

Class III

Required for Private Pilots, Recreational Pilots, and Student Pilots.

The Process

1. Complete MedXPress Visit the FAA MedXPress website to complete your medical application (Form 8500-8) online. Note: Please bring your confirmation number to your appointment.
2. Schedule Your Exam Call our Rexburg office at (208) 881-5222 and mention you are scheduling an AME Flight Physical with Dr. Dustin.
3. Attend Your Visit Bring your MedXPress confirmation, a valid photo ID, and any corrective lenses (glasses/contacts) you use for flying.
