Dr. Chace Cook

Dr. Cook grew up in Eagle, ID. He attended undergraduate school at BYU in Provo, UT and Medical School at Creighton University in Omaha, NE.

He is currently training to provide full-spectrum family medicine care. When not helping patients he likes to spend his time outdoors hiking, camping, and snowmobiling.
